Konami made an official game that is currently free to play called yugioh duel arena. Yugioh duel arena is a lot like devpro because it does all the rulings and stuff for you. In the game you can get partners and use their decks until you can construct your own. The partner decks are like structure decks, they give you a strangely well made deck ranging from classics from the show like yugi's deck to a bit better ones such as the agent of the herald. It even includes some troll decks like exodia, moki moki (personal favorite), and ojamas.

The game is strangely addicting, probably because you work slowly to get more cards. Also there is something about opening packs that gets me so excited when i pull that card I need or want. The game is also free to play.

There are some downsides, such as it can be a little annoying as there are a few bugs. For example if you are in the arena and the opponent withdrawals, then you do not get a win. Also it is a little slow. These may be fixed as the game is currently in an open beta. This may mean that it will eventually cost money to play, but for now it is free to play.
