Official War Team?

I was just sittin thinking about what to post when I realized we don't have an official war team. We had to scramble a bit for that last war. Do you guys think we should have one?

It's a hard thing to put together. If we do have an official team, some of those people may not be on by the time we have a war and even if we substitute them at the time, those substitutes won't know what's going on and it'll be one big mess.

an official team sounds good but that's it, it only sounds good some people cant be on when we have a war so working with who wants to enter is a bit better because then we dont have people complaining about how they did get to even try for the war team.
